As my little bundle of joy turned into a little finger painting, paper gluing, glitter wielding and crayon scribbling artist the masterpieces started to flow in by the bushel full. I have a stainless steel refrigerator and there for NO space for hanging all of these magnificent museum worthy pieces. This dilemma brought me to looking for fun ways of hanging them in a gallery worthy style.
I thought the idea of painted cookie sheets as magnetic holders for art was fun for in the kitchen. I found 3 different interpretations of empty frames with images placed inside, one on cork board, 1 on wires ran in the frame for hanging and the third screwing the frames to the wall and pinning the art to the wall inside the frame.
I found the idea of using clip painted clipboards hung on the wall to hold the art very fun and easy! But my two favorite ideas were using cable and small curtain clips to hold art and attaching wood strapping 1/8inch x 2inch to the wall and pinning the art to those, AMAZING... I am very excited to try one of these ideas out. I will be sure to update you when I turn a wall into a gallery for my princess :)
